2024 Visiting Student Program Enrollment Request

Thank you for your interest in Arts & Sciences Summer Session. Please complete the enrollment request form below at least two weeks prior to the start date of the session in which you are hoping to enroll.

We will begin reviewing enrollment forms starting April 1st. If you have submitted your request on or after April 1st, you will receive communication in 7-10 business days with the updated status of your submission.

Before completing this enrollment request form, please review all program details carefully including description, dates, eligibility, tuition and fees. Once you submit this form, you will receive an email confirmation with your submission details.
